Great Hotel customer service helped me receive a new room when I requested for help. The breakfast and foods normally was best. The many employees I contacted were exceptionally pleasant.

Fantastic location, almost everything is very near. Staff members are super friendly and helpful and talk fantastic English. You can find activities every single night and it´s a very good way to meet people today. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s pretty insignificant. Good value for the money!

Stayed for 4 nights with my fiance. Beds were cozy and the room was always pretty clean. The staff have been incredibly useful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not a really social hotel at least during our stay.

The beds had been comfy and the people in the hotel had been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Assuming that you are travelling to Munduk you should book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very nice. In general everything was professional and friendly.
